  1. Best water bottle, and a great company to deal with. I originally ordered the narrow mouth bottles and couldn’t get them to fit in the insulated sleeve, I contacted Nalgene and they sent me these as a replacement. When the customer service is excellent, that makes me want to order more, and I will because they have a great product.

My first Nalgene bottle is over 20 years old and still gets lots of use. Love this product!

I’ve dropped this from the top of a waterfall and watched it ping pong its way down. My friend said it was done for, but when I got down the other side of the fall, there my bottle sat next to the guys swimming at the bottom who grabbed it for me. It was scratched up but relatively unscathed. It still is in use 9 years later and I’ve since bought at least a dozen for family and friends.

This is my absolute favorite water bottle! And when something happened to it (totally my fault too), it was so nice to have a new one sent to me in the mail. I was prepared to buy a new one, simply because I like the bottle so much, but after completing the very easy warranty process, I didn’t have to! I don’t know what’s better, the customer service or the product itself.

I am a keen water bottle enthusiast… I LOVE this water bottle. I take it to work everyday and my colleagues are very jealous. My favourite part of the water bottle is the wide mouth. It cums in handy all the time.

I’ve had mine for about 3 years, and it’s been a solid fav in my water bottle collection. I work at heights and in direct sun heat so I need something that’ll hold a lot of water and that’s durable enough to survive a fall. This boy has dropped (near full) from heights of 12-30 feet to solid concrete and shrugged it off like a Nokia phone circa 2002. Ace construction, and clearly time for me to buy it a harness. The only detriment is that because of the nature of the bottle, cold water does not stay cold for at all long, but they are always telling us that room temperature water is absorbed into your body easier. Just try to find some shade to set it in so “room temperature” isn’t 95°.

I love my Nalgenes(I have 4). I really appreciate the measurements on the side as I take a supplement that needs 8oz of water to wash it down. Nalgenes are lighter than stainless reusables and having dropped both before, my Nalgene fared much better. Customer service is amazing and super helpful. I have used many reusable bottles hydroflask, yeti, s’well and Nalgene. Nalgene wins!

Obsessed with my Pear bottle, so cute and durable. Its already suffered a pretty bad blow after it slammed into a wall but it’s only got some minor scuffs. <3

  10. I’ve owned my Nalgene for years. I love the capacity and durability. Plus the reassurance of a lifetime warranty.

  11. Rated 4 out of 5

    Kerri Kearney

In general, I love this bottle and it’s everything I’d expect from Nalgene, with one small exception. Despite being described as dishwasher-safe, washing this bottle has stripped off the measurements printed on the side, which is a little inconvenient as I add powders/mixes to my water and need to know ounces/milliliters.

Had mine for about 3 months, was hiking the other day and dropped the bottle flat on its side from a height of about 3ft, the bottom shattered and leaked water everywhere, leaving me with one less water source on my hike

This is a great bottle already, but after I used it roughly for about 3 years the cap strap broke. The lifetime guarantee was quickly honored and I received a new cap and strap in the mail! Great purchase that I am confident will last me a lifetime!
